On Sepetember 10, 2013 fitness test I completed 17 curl ups, 12 push ups, and 108 step ups at 160 beats per minutes on my 3 minute step up test. On October 2, 2013 fitness test I completed 17 curl ups, 13 push ups, and 97 with a heart of 150 beats per minutese on my 3 minute step up test. I did not improve in my fitness test because i was not feeling myself during that time period. I did try my best and pushed myself to my until i could go anymore. One thing i did improve on was by one push up during my fitness test. I think I should have improved in my step ups because part of our warm up is curl ups.
My goal for the next Fitness test is to improve by 3 in my curls ups, 5 in my push ups, and 10 in step ups. i know will really improve my fitness test by doing push up and curl ups every other night.
